About the Piece
A slim oval carabiner with a barrel screw lock set into one side. The barrel is ringed with small turquoise cabochons, which is the only decoration on the piece and all it needs at this size.
The screw lock turns smoothly and closes fully. It is a more secure closure than a spring, since nothing can catch it open by accident.
At one gram it is genuinely light. This is a piece for carrying small charms or joining fine chains, not for taking the weight of a heavy pendant.
Styling
Use it as a working clasp on a fine chain, as a charm carrier, or as a small visible detail at the front of a necklace where the turquoise reads as a deliberate accent rather than a fastening.
