Shipping policy

All Orders

In stock items ship within 3-4 business days after your order is confirmed.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Refunds cannot be provided for items sent to an inaccurate or incomplete address provided by a buyer.

Orders over $1,000 are:

• Fully Insured
• Adult Signature Required
• Premium UPS Services
  • Domestic: 2nd Day or Next Day
  • International: Worldwide Expedited or Worldwide Express

For orders over $5,000, we include White Glove Shipping to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and smoothly.

Your order ships via UPS Next Day Air, fully insured, and discreetly packaged. For added peace of mind, we place a small tracking tag inside the parcel - this gives us an additional way to locate the shipment in the rare event of a delay or routing issue, allowing us to step in quickly on your behalf.

Once your piece arrives, simply place the enclosed tag and pre-labeled return pouch into any USPS drop box. There’s no cost and no extra steps.

For international shipments alternate arrangements will be made.

Domestic Orders

All domestic orders include free shipping with tracking. 

International Orders

International order shipping is calculated at checkout based on country and region.  Customer is responsible for any duties/taxes unless otherwise coordinated with Sterling Style Shop.
